TWENTY FOUR Jiu Jitsu Caerphilly is a place where people who love martial arts come together. We welcome everyone, no matter who they are.

We have a special program for kids and teenagers/adults. It helps them grow into good, strong, and respectful people, learning important life lessons while training.

Our main belief is that being strong means helping and lifting others up. We show this through kindness and support in our team and community.

Anyone can join us, no matter their reason. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is challenging, but it helps us grow. We face these challenges as a team and make great friends along the way.
